I was a little busy this day.
The majority of what you see in the picture is going into the freezer. When you juice my advice would be to batch juice.
I will be honest with you that juicing is super time consuming. There’s a lot of washing, chopping and cleaning up going on.
I'd love to be able to juice every day! So, the alternative is to batch and freeze. I tripled this recipe and used a lot more ginger than what is called for.
