Relax and rejuvenate at a 2 night women’s adventure and nutrition retreat at a luxurious lake house on beautiful Lake Muskoka. You will enjoy snowshoeing, yoga, a hands-on clean eating dinner party, nutrition workshop and an optional massage or mani/pedi.
This retreat is all about surrounding yourself with like-minded supportive women who lift each other up and want to have a ton of FUN doing it! We’re going to have a beautiful morning stretch, get sweaty in the great outdoors and have an amazing time together in the kitchen! You will leave feeling relaxed, invigorated and inspired.

A bit about me...your hostess with the mostest!
Hi there! My name is Paige Royal and I am a cycling and nutrition coach for active and determined women who want to have fun, get exercise and meet other like-minded women.
This past year, I created a group for women, the Pura Vida Mavericks, and while in the off-season of cycling, we have fun hiking, snowshoeing and having random get togethers for wine! I am also a savvy nutritionist where I help support women in making better food choices and maintain eating healthy while having busy schedules. I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and an NCCP Cycling Coach.
